Possible POV

• "Yarra Junction is a small town full of bakeries and entertainment. Yarra Junction has great pubs."

This appears to point to a non-neutral point of view. It begins as somewhat vague - what does "full of" mean in this instance? As well as the obvious statement about great pubs - who decides how great the pubs here are? I have given benefit of the doubt - they are all rated fairly highly on Google, though that does not remove the possible POV here.
