Reviewing the draft

[edit]

Hello SiliconProphet and Immanuelle, this draft has been waiting to be reviewed for four months now. That is partially because most of the sources are not in English and also because the draft is just so darn big. I don't even know where I would start to review this draft. It's not required for every single sentence to have a reference at the end, but there is a large number of completely unsourced paragraphs. Like I said, not everything needs a reference right after it, but that amount of unsourced prose is worrisome and could pose problems concerning verifiability. The biggest concern though is whether or not the subject is notable. Most of your sources currently link right back to the draft rather than linking to a website. You also have a large list of sources that simply have no links. Are there online versions of these sources? Having links to these sources would help tremendously in assessing the subject's notability. TipsyElephant (talk) 19:59, 10 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

@TipsyElephant Well here are quite a few sources mentioning it if they will help for notability https://about-history.com/yamato-clan-and-state-the-birthplace-of-the-japanese-political-state/

Assistance

[edit]

Hello Dekimasu, HelloAnnyong, and I JethroBT. I noticed you are all listed as participants of WP:JAPAN and you are all admins. Would any of you be able or willing to assist with reviewing this draft? TipsyElephant (talk) 20:10, 10 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

@TipsyElephant: I might be able to check this out later in the month-- little busy right now. That's a doozy of a note at the top of the article and a little distracting IMO. This level of detail around cleanup usually belongs on the talk page. I JethroBT drop me a line 01:34, 30 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
