Dubious
[edit]I've re-written this, but I still have a number of reservations about the page. For a start, it's not at all clear whether this "wolfpack" existed at all; there was no pack attack on the convoy (HX 47) and Blair, for one, doesn't mention it. it's also unclear why the group would have been named for Prien, if at all; The U-boats were from 2 Flotilla (Hartmann's) and 7 Flotilla (Rosing's) so logically one of them should have been the leader (as they were still trying to make control at sea work); failing that whoever was senior, which would have been Beduhn of U-25 (though he was up in the North Channel) or Liebe of U-38 (who was also the one who found and attacked HX 47).
