All factual content from Wispr has been incorporated into relevant sections of this article. The Users and Adoption, Development, and Funding sections were transferred in full without editing. The merge is now complete.
The next step should be review and cleanup in light of WP:ORG, as the article currently contains a substantial amount of routine or potentially undue detail (in particular, the necessity and encyclopedic value of the Reception and Users and Adoption sections remain in question).
