The claim in the "Atwood grows the paper" section that the paper changed its name to the Wisconsin State Journal in 1860 is incorrect because it conflicts with newspaper archives which show the paper had the name "Wisconsin State Journal" as early as October 9, 1852.[1] GobberGo (talk) 22:14, 20 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
