As Winnipeg Sq. the development is being expanded from the original 360 Main (office building and underground mall) to add 300 Main (apartments), 330 Main (mall, fitness centre), I feel this article should be rewritten and reorganized by subsections describing the separate buildings, like so:

Or it could be organized, like so:
