A great writer. Possibly the greatest revealer or Cicerone or docent of the Guyanan synchronous world. I wonder if any of his books have been made into films. Yes! Colin Nutley directed in 1987 an experimental film called Da Silva Da Silva, produced by Tariq Ali broadcast and commissioned by the BBC.
