MP same as the amputee?

Is there any evidence the MP was the same William Page who had his hand judicially cut off for the pamphlet? This is not mentioned in his History of Parliament biography, and a sitting MP being involved in such a way as charged would surely have been taken much exception to.Cloptonson (talk) 20:47, 16 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
