Tried to add "William Hill Kelly Jr. was a salesman who died in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center." but User:Wik kept deleting it, stating that "actually, we don't have articles on non-notable 9/11 victims so they don't need to be listed here either." First of all, there is no policy against having 9/11 victims in Wikipedia, that is handled on a case by case basis. Secondly, just because there isn't an article about the person in Wikipedia doesn't mean he can't be mentioned on a disambiguation page.

I see no problem with his mention. If he's not important, no one will write an article on him anyway, and I see no harm with mentioning him on a disambiguation. Sarge Baldy 20:38, Feb 8, 2004 (UTC)
I agree....plus posting a link will discourage people from continuing to write articles about 9/11 victims and point them to the appropriate wiki. Jwrosenzweig 21:48, 17 Feb 2004 (UTC)

Saving this here for when wik gets banned: "William Hill Kelly Jr. was a salesman who died in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. See William Hill Kelly Jr."

Poll moved to Wikipedia:Disambiguation/Sep11.
