Edit Warring

[edit]

Thought I'd go ahead and add a section here regarding the recent edit warring between SparklingBlueMoon, 173.175.200.238, and Rodw, to a lesser degree.

The edits that were added from 5 January on did not add any new information, and only puffed up the word count. Could we all please agree to chill out for a little while? Or at least defend why we are/are not reverting sections please? Northern-Virginia-Photographer (talk) 18:42, 7 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

Don't say I'm part of an edit war @Northern-Virginia-Photographer, I'm not, I thought the user was vandalizing by quickly going back on many articles, but this is apparently a more complex case, I asked the users concerned to resolve this between themselves. Apologies for the insinuation. Please make certain when restoring/undoing edits that what is being added/deleted is substantive to the article. Northern-Virginia-Photographer (talk) 18:49, 7 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
I am not sure how you consider my edits part of any edit war. My two edits to this page were to disambiguate Elder to Elder (Methodist) and Minister to Minister (Christianity). If these were added as part of edit war this is not included in the lists Articles With Multiple Dablinks and Disambiguation pages with links where any of you are welcome to try to tackle the hundreds of dabs links created daily.
