catskill, release date

so the former link to Catskill, New York went to a disambiguation, which told me that there is a catskill town in new york which contains a catskill village, leading to some understandable uncertainty as to which of of these 'where the humans eat' was recorded in. i went with the former, but if anyone has any evidence to the contrary, please fix it so it goes to the village (an admittedly hasty google gave me literally nothing regarding where it might've been recorded).

i changed the release date to october 12th 2004, as listed on allmusic, because the old one seemed kind of wrong (seeing as it said the album was released seven months before it was recorded). hope this all sounds alright with you, again that's taken from one (albeit pretty reliable) source, and whoever wrote the original date (again, i'm not trawling through the history to find that out) might have had a reason for doing so, i guess...
