According to Subbrit this place used to have a station prior to the Beeching cuts of the sixties. This should be included, i will try and do it sometime when i have time. Please can we restrict edits on this page to those which are of encyclopediac value only. "Might appear appear in the St Alban's Observer if they have a really slow news week" is not the threshhold for inclusion in an Encyclopedia article. See Wikipedia:Notability.
