I am informed that my late in-laws used to read about the fictional "University of Wetwang" in a column in the Yorkshire Post, but can't find anything about it on the British Newspaper Archives! Can anyone shed any light? PamD 23:45, 17 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

I added this bit of trivia as I came across the town name while browsing, and thought "that's a place in Middle Earth!" (you see it on the map in Lord of the Rings). Came here to Wiki to get info on it, saw that it hadn't been added to the page, and thought it should be there.
