Meulaboh status
[edit]I have removed the sentence "However, on 8 July 2013 the city of Meulaboh was separated out of the regency to become an independent city." from this article as it appears unsubstanciated, and certainly this town does not appear in any list of kota-madya (independent cities) then or now.
