edits made around refs
[edit]I've just made several edits to this page. It all started when I followed up some hits from a spellchecker. I fixed those, but then noticed several other problems. Mainly in references. So much bad reference.
So I've tagged several as "dead links", and deleted several others. The deletions were not done lightly. I spent hours looking through the web pages of the Design award organisations linked, and some others, trying to cross reference the claims. All to no avail.
I haven't deleted any of the claims about winning awards etc, just the refs that erroneously claimed to support those statements. So if you can provide extant references then by all means plug 'em in.
