The article has carried the primary-sources maintenance banner since November 2013, but it now includes two independent secondary sources that substantively cover Wilson and his company:

Use the Houston Chronicle source for the statement that Wilson serves as president and CEO of Welcome Group and for the description of the company's industrial portfolio and geographic expansion.
Use the Houston Business Journal source for his CEO role and 2018 Most Admired CEO recognition.
Trim or remove the additional award claims (AJC Houston Human Relations Award, Alice Graham Baker Crusader Award, and Chinese Community Center Community Impact Award) unless an editor finds stronger independent sourcing; they currently rely on a directory listing.
Review the broad list of civic and board positions and retain only roles adequately supported by reliable sources, clearly distinguishing current from former positions.
After those sourcing changes, assess whether the November 2013 primary-sources maintenance banner can be removed.
