There is a cotradiction here. One paragraph says, "For all female athletes, the weights are 14 and 28 lb" but later, it says, "For women, who throw a weight of 20 lb,..."

Indoor equivalent to the hammer throw event. Later it says that it's thrown in a manner similar to discuss throw. Of course talking about distance throw.

The question is what are throwing techniques (discuss, hammer or some original/modified)??

I know that NCAA (USA) holds competitions. Other federations / countries?
