Too minimal?
[edit]Although I was the one that tagged this as CSD, it could actually be a good article. The author just needs to add some references and a bit more detail. Right now, it is too minimal, less than what I consider (but that's not really important) minimal for a stub. An external link and / or citation would help a lot. We might let this one stand a little bit to give the author a chance to beef it up. It's not in the same category as a lot of the CSD I see....

3) It was grossly inaccurate, both in content and reference content
