@Wildfireupdateman: First of all, thanks a lot for improving this article from the disorganized mess it was before you got to it to this well-written, concise account of its subject. If all weather year articles were like this, I would be seriously thinking of a featured topic. Unfortunately I will have to quickfail this article, as it is a list, and good articles cannot be lists. Although there's no equivalent of GA for lists (a 2015 proposal to make one failed), if you feel like the article is really good, you can improve it some more, and eventually try and turn it into an FL, in which case you'd definitely see my support.
