I have come across a good source that presents a readable account of the Local Government (Water Services Preliminary Arrangements) Bill. This bill was introduced to the House under urgency and is the second instalment of the "Local water done well" policy programme of the current Government. . Submissions on this bill closed on 13 June, and the Select Committee is due to report back on 18 July.
