Mississippi Southern Railroad (MSR)

[edit]

Creating an article Mississippi Southern Railroad (MSR)- Watco might be better that placing it in the Watco article. The link, Mississippi Southern Railroad Extends Line shows the railroad starts in Bay Springs, Mississippi, heading north to Newton, Mississippi, Union, Mississippi, Philadelphia, Mississippi, Louisville, Mississippi, terminating at Ackerman, Mississippi. The new addition, the Louisville sub, will terminate at West Point, Mississippi but currently stops at Ackerman. This will add 127 miles to the line with customers such as Biewer Sawmill, Georgia Pacific, Peco Foods (founded in 1937), Tyson Foods, Weyerhaeuser, and Winston Plywood & Veneer.
