The guy in the photo isn't actually standing watch. Here's a possible replacement photo: Coast Guardsman standing watch over 78-foot torpedo boat. Continual watch is kept. Higgins Industries, Inc., New Orleans, La. (LOC) Rees11 (talk) 15:04, 23 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
