Leadership

I have done major rewrite of this article with regard of new website of the Command. Leadership section lacked of references and as I didn't find any new sources to creat a list of deputy and former commanders i decided to delete most of the section to meet wikipedia standards. Official website nor BIP website nor gov.pl website of the Command does not simply display leadership structure (only the Commander). Avalible are event articles on official website where deputy commanders are mentioned, however these lack ofthe date of publication so it is hard to estimate its currency. If the sources eventually will be avalible in my opinion Leadership section should look like this:
