I have added far more photos, and cited references correctly, there are a few references I no longer know (because I lost the bloody newspaper article) for example, the history of the bridge. Parks Victoria, CFA and fuel reduction

I have made several edits as

Parks Victoria is legally responsible for fuel reduction burns in Warrandyte state parks under Victorian legislation. CFA is responsible for private land under it's act and regulations. While CFA conducts fuel reduction burns on private land these are small in scale and only carried out at the request of the land owner.

Backburning is a tactic employed by fire agencies to combat a fire that is already burning.

The following Needs revision and inclusion

Saying that the town is well prepared can be misinterpreted by those considering moving to the area, visitors to the area or those new to the area. Large tracts of private land have little or no wildfire prevention.

Wildfires in the Warrandyte area can be catastrophic, life threatening and difficult to contain.

While fuel reduction in the State Park areas help to reduce the wildfire intensity the nature of wildfire is inherently unpredictable and influenced by several factors. The existing fuel reduction regime would have very little impact on wildfire spread and Intensity in the area.
