A fact from Wangkhei phee appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 27 May 2016 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:

Did you know... that Wangkhei Phee, a fabric woven by women of Manipur, is made of fine white cotton yarn with a closely-woven texture and is totally transparent?

A record of the entry may be seen at Wikipedia:Did you know archive/2016/May. The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Wangkhei Phee.

Wikipedia

How can anything be "totally transparent"? The source for that claim states the fabric is "fully transparent", and, even though that is also questionable, it is more acceptable than some kind of "total transparency". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.127.65.2 (talk) 12:25, 27 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Done I saw the same problem and raised it with the Main Page/Errors team who then corrected the DYK and then I corrected this article. Koala Tea Of Mercy (KTOM's Articulations & Invigilations) 18:58, 30 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
