How and why
[edit]the article does not explain why this particular law became targeted at this particular minority. (Really I think trans women specifically—were trans men targeted to any extent?) There needs to be some mention of the real phenomenon of transgender sex workers. jnestorius(talk) 22:24, 16 July 2026 (UTC)
