WUTR ABC 20 Utica repeater?

[edit]

There was previously a weaker ABC signal on 50 Watertown, which was a rebroadcast of 20 WUTR Utica-Rome, New York. Not sure when that went on-air, most likely late 70's through early 1980's - go still further back and ABC programming was turning up (as one of the secondary affiliations) on WWNY. The WUTR rebroadcast would have been rendered obsolete once Watertown had studios as a local ABC affiliate.

WWTI and WUTR are both owned currently by Clear Channel communications as "sister stations" and both still retain the ABC affiliation. --carlb 01:56, 26 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

WUTR was sold in 2004. It was under common ownership to WWTI before then. --66.102.80.212 (talk) 19:30, 23 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Merge WWTI-DT2

[edit]

I noticed that WWTI-DT2 is listed as a separate articles. This is different from the other Newport owned stations that have one article for all their digital outlets (e.g. WKRC-TV). I suggest that the contents of WWTI-DT2 be merged into this article.--Janus657 (talk) 20:05, 6 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Not quite... CW-WHAM is separate as well, I think. --66.102.80.212 (talk) 19:31, 23 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
