Fair use rationale for Image:Power 96 logo.png

Image:Power 96 logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Wikipedia is not a place to do business (See: What Wikipedia is not) - quoting "Directories, directory entries, electronic program guide, or a resource for conducting business. For example, an article on a radio station generally should not list upcoming events, current promotions, phone numbers, current schedules, etc., although mention of major events, promotions or historically significant programme lists and schedules (such as the annual United States network television schedules) may be acceptable. Separate station should have a separate article

The station described under the heading "Early years on 96.3" appears to be a different station entirely than WCJX/WPOW. Critically, the owners seem to be unrelated to each other. Accordingly, I believe this information should be in a separate article.

The fact that WCJZ initially used the same frequency (96.3) that had been used by WGBS/WJHR/WMYQ/WMJX is mere coincidence. These are two completely separate license histories and should not be in the same article. At most, this article could include a single sentence mentioning the previous user of 96.3 in Miami, with a WL to the WGBS/etc. article. Jeh (talk) 09:04, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
