"The Mambo kings: Hispanic listeners hear a little bit of home". The Virginian-Pilot. p. B1. Most of the week, WHOV's tiny control room in Armstrong Hall is occupied by students playing jazz and R&B. A sign on the wall warns: R&B ANNOUNCERS DO NOT PLAY More Than 3 Rap Songs Per Hour. THE PENALTY WILL BE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.
