Broadcasting on 42.8 MHz? As in: "transmitting with the intention of being received by the general public?" I would like to see some small explanation: What radio service is that classified by the FCC? What are some radio receivers that the transmitting station recommends we should use? What public notices are distributed, and with what reason given, and how often are these notices and transmissions performed? WA2XMN is an Amateur Radio call sign -- Do the transmissions provide public service announcements introducing people to Ham radio, of which there are too few and far between, providing information about Ham radio resources and the joys of bouncing one's own radio signals off the ionosphere like an open international party line?
