She worked with Accenture on how they could train staff to be more creative.

This assumes it is even possible to train people to be more creative. I don't think it is. Creativity is an emergent phenomenon that is self-directed. In fact, "training" is what prevents it, hence the suggestion to creatives to cultivate "beginner's mind". Viriditas (talk) 02:01, 30 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
