Proposed merge of Vinnie Stigma (musician) into Vinnie Stigma
[edit]Vinnie Stigma was redirected to Agnostic Front in 2010, following an Articles for deletion discussion. This article is a complete rewrite 15 years on, but the correct title is still Vinnie Stigma, since no disambiguation is needed. Wikishovel (talk) 06:36, 2 December 2025 (UTC)
- @Wikishovel Shouldn't this just be a round-robin move? The article with the disambiguator can be moved here, with the base name redirect moved to the disambiguated one and tagged with {{R with history}}, {{R from unnecessary disambiguation}}, and {{R from move}}. mwwv converse∫edits 13:50, 2 December 2025 (UTC)
- Happy to round-robin it, if consensus supports that. If there are any concerns about notability (though I have none at this point), then it should be at its correct title. Wikishovel (talk) 14:07, 2 December 2025 (UTC)
- @Mwwv: you're right, there's no merge discussion needed, since despite its edit history 2004-2010, there's nothing there worth merging to this new rewrite. Per WP:BOLDMERGE I've swapped the two pages as you recommended, and procedurally closing this merge discussion. The edit history of the previous version is now available at Vinnie Stigma (musician), which is redirected to the correct title Vinnie Stigma. Thanks for the advice.
