Videndum or Vinten?

This page seems to have a somewhat split focus as it discusses both Vinten, a manufacturer of camera supports and robotic equipment, and its owner Videndum (and the predecessor group companies). I suggest that a stand-alone article on Videndum would not be significant but it should be separated from this article on Vinten in some form - perhaps moved to a subsection? Hi - The article, as previously drafted, was of very poor quality: it was very badly sourced, neglected to cover the recent history including the recent rebranding of the company to Videndum, and was very much in need of attention. Hence I have done a lot of work to improve the referencing and also some of the prose. Vivendum will become of increasing significance because of the recent announcement by FTSE Russell that it is expected to join the FTSE 250 Index at the next review in September (see here). The history of Videndum is the history of Vinten – certainly up to 1995. (see here). Hence my original logic of having just one article on Vivendum / Vinten. That said, I understand your point. I have moved some of the material on the Vinten brand back to Vinten and have expanded the Videndum article to include a bit on other brands. I would be very happy to see further expansion of both articles as long as the material is properly sourced (which it was not before). I hope you are OK with that. Lowepro
