I have revised the article to improve neutrality and encyclopedic tone. The second sentence of the lead was removed as it contained non-neutral "puffery" per WP:PEACOCK. In the "History" section, I have removed marketing jargon (e.g., "value proposition") and replaced it with objective descriptions of the company's multidisciplinary approach. Additionally, I have removed non-encyclopedic trivia regarding informal nicknames for layoff rounds, while retaining key corporate milestones and relocation details to ensure the history remains comprehensive but professional per WP:NPOV and WP:TRIVIA.
