Progressive need shade of blue?

I would suggest here, as in the house, progressives need a shade of blue. I suspect that they seldom caucus with Republicans, but probably often enough with Democrats. Student7 (talk) 00:46, 27 February 2011 (UTC)

Which voting system?

The article doesn't state which voting system is used to elect the multi-member districts? Does the elector vote for more than one candidate (which would be bloc voting or limited voting) or does she vote for only one (which would be the SNTV method)?

A voter may "bullet-ballot" by voting for only one candidate when s/he is eligible to vote for two. Or the voter may vote for two. I don't have a reference. These are in politically cohesive areas where they have historically wanted to vote for all candidates in that area to represent everybody and they are not particular about what town they come from, even if it's not their town.
