Partly done: For clarification, I felt the wording sounded somewhat confusing as if Verily was independent at the time so I've made a slight adjustment - please let me know if that is ok!

Whilst that part of the business has been sold, it was a part of the company history. I'd support adding something saying that it has since been sold, but don't think that removal in its entirety is necessary.

Actually, there is an entry that specifies Granular has been sold. So, can we add this section to history:

"In March 2021, Coefficient Insurance Company was rebranded to Granular Insurance."
