Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

This article has a well-developed lead, as well as a strogn characters section the beginnings of an awards section. It clearly meets the criteria for a C-class article. However, the plot synopsis appears to be incomplete and this will be a serious barrier to B-class status. The article also does not specify in which country the novel was originally published. In order to meet B-class the article should adress the aforementioned issues as well as create sections detailing the novel's setting, major themes, development and reception.
