[edit]In the english text is says Venlo received cityrights in 1272, I'm prety sure it was in 1343 that Venlo received cityrights.
Tegelen and Belfeld were added on so not 2003

[edit]Venlo is the spiritual home to the large scale C64 computer scene by way of annual(?) meetings, allowing sceners to get together.
"going to Venlo" is a synonym for "getting dope"
