  • The Van Ronk albums are confusing. There are two with the same name but are not the same album. The Van Ronk album was released in 1971. Allmusic has the Fantasy 2 LP release (later CD?) of the same name as 1969. But that is a compliation of two other albums, not this one. It was also listed as released in 1972. Removing notability tag

There doesn't seem to be much discusssion on this page. However, Van Ronk is indeed notable enough to have a street named after him in Greenwich Village, so his records can probably each rate a page in Wikipedia. See NYT search results here []
