Buffy note

[edit]

I don't necessarily doubt that the Buffy parallels are coincidental, but the reason given in the note is a bit weak, since Jon Blum is an American and Kate Orman is Australian. I don't know whether Buffy had aired in Australia when Vampire Science was being written, but its first season had aired in the US by the time it was published. If there's a quote from Orman or Blum confirming that it's a coincidence, that would be good; otherwise, I think that perhaps we should remove the note. —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 16:46, 30 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Header to seperate

[edit]

I've been recommended to put in my feelings here, whoever keeps deleting my posts please stop it, there is no copy write materials in here, this is a story synopsis that I have written myself after reading the book, it is not a word for word copy and is intended to give the reader an accurate account of the book if they want to read it.

I was surprised there was no story write ups for these books so I am reading through them and I was wanting to add them as I go as I love Doctor Who and have for many years so I am naturally annoyed when the first time I try contributing to Wikipedia someone keeps undoing my work.

Also I don't think I've ever heard anywhere that it is illegal to post blurbs as most retailer websites do so I cannot see any reason for this, please stop it and don't make someone who is just trying to use improve Wikipedia in a fairly small area that I am very fond of.

As posted on your talk page - 'Copying the text from the back cover of the book is forbidden that violates copyright. Detailing everything that happens in the book also violates copyright' Lots42 (talk) 11:03, 19 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
