Virginity and sainthood in theology

The text says Vg. is a designation of virginity associated with saints of the Christian Church. This is confusing, because it does not recognize theological distinctions made by various churches. While some do, these churches do not all agree or use such concepts or such terminology. For instance, John Wesley, the theological father of world Methodism, did not practice or permit Roman Catholic practices associated with the veneration of the Virgin Mary or prayers to saints.Fconaway (talk) 06:02, 3 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
