Date parameters

I'm a CS student interested in data storage, but noticed VAST (a unicorn company) didn't have an article, so I've started this modest stub out of personal interest. I'm having a bit of trouble with the "date" parameter in the cite news/web templates. The dates look valid, so why are there errors showing up? ArvresDeSoqotra (talk) 05:17, 1 November 2020 (UTC)

Valuations

As I've left as an invisible comment, regarding the company's self-proclaimed (not from a trusted auditor, the company itself) $30 billion valuation:

This should really have a huge, *huge* hatnote assigned to it. "I sold 1/30 of my company at $1b therefore I'm worth $30b" as an unaudited claim is extremely concerning and should absolutely not be delievered as fact.
