In the meanwhile: it’s a good policy to have a survey of dates from sources in articles about time periods; for smaller mentions (ex. at the start of “Atenism under Akhenaten” here: “Amenhotep IV, the son of Amenhotep III, was crowned king c. 1353 BC.”) circa is your best friend

The article had several grammatical errors. I am not sure if this was due to someone using Google translate, or not, but I cleaned it up as best as I could. The final paragraph could use some editing to make it flow more smoothly as it currently sounds like someone cut-and-pasted several facts together.
