No, I'm not a pepper scientist but I assure you this is wrong. I wouldn't be commenting here if it was a little off. A wild guess not based on any authority but coming from me, a long-time isot user, is that those numbers are off by about a factor of 10. It is so wrong that if it can't be replaced it should just be removed.
