Not public domain?

Much of the text of this article seems to be taken directly from the UDC Consortium's web page, which is not to my knowledge public domain text. I am not an expert on UDC, so I don't feel competent to rewrite the entire article. Perhaps some helpful librarian will come along and repair? --Scrapironjaw 17:39, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
