Relation to modern company of same name

Do you mean this company: United Copper Industries? I'd never heard of United Copper Industries and I'm 99 percent certain they're unrelated (United Copper Industries is based in Texas, and nothing on their Web site indicates they were ever reconstituted from the Montana copper interests owned by the company in this article, which was placed in receivership in New York in 1913.
