First U.S. flag

- Well, the flag that was raised on Prospect Hill used the Union Jack where we now use stars. I assume that another community can claim "first flag" by right of having a later version (with the 13 stars), or even a previous version (not sure what that would look like). Merge with Union Square Main Streets
