I just wanted to get a brief start to the article. Some things that should be expanded upon:

• Why/how the mall was included under Model Cities
• What was there before the mall
• Full lineage of education programs that have been in the mall
• Lineage of grocery stores at the mall
• Coverage of which non-profits have had space there
• Pan-Asian village proposal
• Current owners and redevelopment ideas
