I did a rewrite of this article, because the original article was just plain wrong. I am not pretending this is a masterpiece, but at least it sets out the law correctly as it applies in most common law countries. Legis 17:27, 12 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Merge with Void (law)

I believe that this article should redirect to void (law), as the concepts have no practical differences. It's like pleading guilty, versus pleading Nolo contendere.Wikieditor1988 (talk) 04:06, 19 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
