[edit]This article has a lot of great information explaining undermatching, but I feel as though it lacks structure. I'd like to reframe this information into causes and effects and continue to focus on how this phenomenon primarily affects low-income yet high-achieving students. I'd also like to add some detail framing this issue as that of an information gap to expand upon the point that undermatching is not caused by discriminatory admissions processes.
